Melodic house duo Jaffna have exceeded expectations yet again with another future hit titled ‘You Got Together’ via Enchanté Records. This laidback track has been made available as an Instant Grat and will also feature on Jaffna’s forthcoming album Odyssey. The album is slated for official release on the 22nd of October. Their recent release and featured track on the album ‘Oslo’ has been streamed over 21 000 times on Spotify alone.
In a feature with DV8, the blog praised Jaffna’s technique on their previous track release ‘Oslo’: “Simple layering moulds the rich percussion arrangements. This track gleams with breezy texture and freshness – a certified mellow banger in our books.”

Comparing ‘You Got Together’ against ‘Oslo’, they feel connected but also very different in emotional outputs. ‘Oslo’ had a more ethereal and melodic approach, where ‘You Got Together’ experiments with vocal textures and dancefloor qualities. Although contrasting in this way, these tracks are easily recognizable as Jaffna’s work with its effortlessly ambient overlay that exists in their sound. We look forward to soaking up the entire album, with our favourite after-work pastime, hobby, or workout.
