Spanish producer emesh puts out the single ‘Dibur’ today, July 24, on NAIAD. Records. For more than 20 years, he has maintained a clear position in electronic music through deep techno, dub-infused electronics and immersive sonic landscapes. His productions examine the connections between rhythm, consciousness and time, treating sound as both a framework for the dancefloor and a means to shape perception and emotional experience. Antonio has also kept up a long-running sound healing practice that draws on Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums and other therapeutic instruments. The ongoing exchange between current electronic techniques and older traditions of attentive listening sits at the core of his work and supports a consistent focus on presence, transformation and deep listening. The new single extends this direction and leads directly into the full album Kairós, due September 16 on the same label.
