Beyond music, Knight has graced Vogue and SSENSE with her modeling talents, embodying a multifaceted artistic presence.
Joseph Ashworth, based in London, brings his diverse electronic influences to ‘Money’, showcasing a textured sound journeyed through esteemed labels like Siamese and Cocoon. His versatility as a producer shines through albums like ‘Grain’ and ‘Stay’, illustrating his depth of musical knowledge and artistic vision.
KDA, known for his groundbreaking singles and eclectic collaborations, brings a decade of DJ experience and a knack for bridging underground and mainstream appeal. From chart-topping hits to launching his label, The 40 Records, his contributions to ‘Money’ underscore his reputation as a boundary-pushing artist and tastemaker in electronic music.
“‘Money’ is all about empowerment,” explains Knight. “It’s a high-energy groove that draws from both techno and house, blending driving beats with uplifting rhythms and glitchy soundscapes—a fusion of heavy and light elements that surprisingly complement each other.”
Joseph Ashworth reflects on the collaborative process: “We crafted ‘Money’ during a spirited studio session on a hot summer day, fueled by iced coffees and creative synergy. It’s a chaotic yet infectious track designed for the Ibiza terraces.”
KDA adds, “Our goal was to create a universally appealing track that embodies our collective styles—pulsating beats, memorable hooks, and unapologetic energy. It’s authentic and punchy—a reflection of who we are.”
